Description

The Eclipse is a slim round disc that hangs flat and gives a soft, diffused glow rather than a hard beam. Light passes through a broad sandblasted glass lens, so the face glows evenly and the edge stays bright without glare. Lit, it reads as a floating ring of warm light; unlit, the thin white-rimmed glass disc keeps a quiet, low profile below the ceiling.

The disc is 600mm across and hangs from an adjustable cable between 320mm and 2300mm, so you can set it low over a dining table or kitchen island, or higher as a soft ceiling light in a living room or bedroom. Its wide, even face suits a round or square table where you want gentle overall light rather than a directed spot.

The ceiling cap and rim are metal in a white finish, with a clear sandblasted glass lens and a PVC cable. It is rated IP20 for indoor rooms and comes ready to use: a GX53 LED lamp is included, giving a warm 3000K glow, and the cap simply wires in.

Does it come with a bulb?

Yes. A GX53 LED lamp is included, so it arrives ready to use. The GX53 cap is replaceable, so the lamp can be swapped later if needed.

Can it be dimmed?

The fitting has no built-in dimmer, but a dimmable GX53 lamp is available, so it can be dimmed by fitting the dimmable version with a compatible wall dimmer.

Where does it suit best?

At 600mm across it suits a round or square dining table or a kitchen island, and works higher up as a soft ceiling light in a living room or bedroom. The drop adjusts from 320mm to 2300mm.
