Description

The Duxford is a 30.2cm polyresin figurine depicting three abstract human forms seated on a horizontal bench frame, finished in an antique bronze patina over a textured surface. The three figures — two adults and one child — are positioned close together with simplified, elongated proportions and no facial detail, their forms unified by the shared bench structure and the tonal variation in the bronze finish.

Designed for mantels, console tables, shelves and entrance hall displays, the figurine sits on a 24.4cm-wide rectangular base that provides stability without needing wall support. The antique bronze finish combines dark graphite-grey tones with lighter bronze highlights worn onto shoulders, heads and upper legs, giving the sculpture a weathered, aged-metal appearance despite being cast polyresin. The bench frame is constructed from matt black metal bars arranged in a ladder-like grid.
