Description

The Vellum is a 45cm iron wall lantern with an arched open frame finished in antique black, housing a single SES (E14) bulb at the centre. The lantern hangs from a curved wall bracket with a decorative scroll detail, and the iron frame forms two horizontal bands connected by vertical bars, creating a cage-like structure that leaves the bulb exposed on all sides.

Designed for external porches, internal hallways, beside front doors and on landing walls, the open frame casts light in all directions without restriction. The 21.5cm projection from the wall gives adequate clearance for the bulb and allows the lantern to stand clear of textured render or brickwork. The antique black finish sits between raw iron and matt black, showing subtle tonal variation across the metalwork that pairs well with traditional, farmhouse and converted industrial interiors.
