Description

The Turren is a single-light solid brass wall sconce with a shield-style backplate in light bronze finish, supporting an upturned arm with turned detailing and a tapered fabric shade. The backplate measures 9cm wide and carries decorative embossed panels that reference classical sconce design without overstatement. The arm extends 16cm from the wall and holds a single SES (E14) bulb fitting beneath the shade, which directs light upwards and sideways through the fabric.

Designed for hallways, staircases, bedrooms and sitting rooms where wall space is constrained, the compact 16cm height and shallow projection suit narrow passages and alcoves without protruding into circulation routes. The sconce works well flanking mirrors, bedheads, doorways and fireplace surrounds, or as corridor lighting in pairs at 1.8-2m intervals. The light bronze patina carries subtle age marks and tonal variation that pair with period properties, traditional schemes and warmer transitional interiors.
