The Streamlight is a 35cm crystal wall light built around a polished gold frame with curved arms that fan outward from a central mount, each arm carrying strands of precision-cut Strass crystal droplets. A single BC (B22 bayonet cap) bulb fitting sits inside the frame, surrounded by the crystal arrangement which refracts and multiplies the light output across surrounding wall surfaces.

Designed for hallways, stairwells, formal living rooms and either side of mirrors or doorways, the Streamlight functions as both ambient and decorative lighting. The 11cm projection from the wall and the 21cm width make it suitable for standard wall placements without intruding into circulation space. The curved arms break up the symmetry of typical wall sconces, giving the fitting visual movement that suits transitional spaces between rooms or at stair landings.

The polished gold finish on the metal frame provides a warm metallic accent that pairs with cream, navy, deep green and other saturated wall colours common in traditional and classical interiors. The Strass crystal droplets are faceted glass rather than acrylic, so they hold clarity under direct light without clouding or yellowing over time. What bulb does the Streamlight take?

The fitting takes a BC (B22 bayonet cap) bulb up to 60W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED candle or golf ball bulb between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K to create ambient glow without excessive brightness.

Can the crystal droplets be removed for cleaning?

The crystal strands are secured to the metal arms with pins or clips that can be carefully detached. Remove individual strands, wipe with a dry microfibre cloth, and reattach. Avoid soaking the crystals or using chemical sprays directly on them.

Is the gold finish lacquered or does it tarnish?

The gold finish is lacquered to prevent tarnishing. It should not require polishing under normal indoor conditions. Wipe gently with a dry cloth to remove dust; avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the lacquer layer.
