Halo LED Wall Light 11W 3000K - Gold Leaf/Corten

The Halo is a sculptural LED wall light combining gold leaf and corten steel finishes across an irregular, organic metal form. An integrated 11W LED module sits behind the layered metal structure, casting 635 lumens of warm 3000K light through the cutout apertures and creating a glowing halo outline against the wall. The outer layer presents in a textured gold leaf finish, while the inner layer shows the darker oxidised brown tone of corten steel, giving the piece depth and tonal contrast when lit.

Designed for feature walls in living rooms, hallways, hotel lobbies and boutique hospitality interiors, the Halo functions as both wall light and wall sculpture. The free-form geometry recalls molten metal or stratified rock formations, with an irregular perimeter that breaks away from conventional circular or rectangular wall light shapes. The fixture mounts flush against the wall with an 8cm projection, allowing it to sit close to the surface while the LED wash spreads outwards and downwards.

The metal construction measures 34cm wide by 27cm tall, making it suitable for vertical or horizontal mounting depending on wall space and the desired visual orientation. The gold leaf finish provides a warm metallic accent that catches natural daylight and artificial light sources in the room, while the corten interior absorbs light and anchors the piece visually. At just over 1kg the fitting can be wall-mounted onto plasterboard with appropriate fixings or directly into masonry.

The Halo carries an IP20 rating, limiting it to dry interior locations away from bathrooms and outdoor use. The 3000K LED colour temperature gives a warm white output comparable to halogen, and the CRI of greater than 80 ensures reasonable colour rendering for artwork or décor positioned nearby. The LED is non-replaceable but rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use under normal operating conditions.

Can the LED be replaced?

No. The Halo uses an integrated 11W LED module that is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, equivalent to roughly 10-15 years under typical residential use patterns of 4-6 hours per day.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

No. The Halo carries an IP20 rating, meaning it has no protection against moisture ingress. It must be installed in dry interior locations only, away from bathrooms, kitchens with steam, and outdoor areas.

Can it be mounted horizontally or vertically?

Yes. The organic shape has no fixed orientation. The fitting can be mounted with the wider dimension horizontal (34cm wide) or vertical (27cm tall) depending on wall space and the desired visual effect.

What fixing method is required?

The fitting weighs 1.01kg and requires appropriate wall fixings for the substrate. On plasterboard, use cavity fixings rated for at least 2kg per fixing point. On masonry or brick, standard wall plugs and screws are sufficient. Assembly instructions are available in the Downloads tab.
