Description
The Everra is a 2-light traditional brass wall light with a tall vertical silhouette, two curved arms extending from an ornate cast backplate, and a polished brass finish. Each arm terminates in a candle-style drip pan with an SES (E14) bulb holder. The 40cm height and 22cm width make it proportionally taller than wide, giving vertical emphasis on the wall.
Designed for period and classical interiors, the Everra suits positions flanking fireplaces, mirrors, or doorways in dining rooms, hallways and sitting rooms where symmetry matters. The 12cm projection from the wall allows the fitting to sit comfortably on narrower chimney breasts or between architectural mouldings without protruding too far into the room. The polished brass reflects both daylight and candlelight-effect bulbs, adding warmth to walls painted in heritage colours.
The backplate casting includes raised foliate and acanthus-leaf motifs typical of early 19th-century candelabra designs, giving the fitting a level of detail that reads well from across a room. At 0.75kg the wall light is light enough to fix to plasterboard with suitable cavity fixings, though solid masonry is preferred for long-term stability. The polished finish will patina over time if left untreated, or can be maintained bright with periodic brass polish.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Everra take?
The fitting takes two SES (E14 small Edison screw) bulbs, each up to 60W maximum. Most users pair this with candle-style LED filament bulbs at 4-6W and 2200K-2700K to match the period aesthetic. Bulbs are sold separately.
Is it dimmable?
Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs used. LED filament bulbs marked as dimmable will work with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer. Standard non-dimmable LED bulbs will not dim and may flicker if used with a dimmer switch.
Can the polished brass be maintained or will it tarnish?
Polished brass will develop a natural patina over months or years depending on humidity and handling. To maintain the bright finish, wipe periodically with a soft cloth and brass polish. To encourage patina, leave untreated.
What wall fixing is needed?
At 0.75kg the Everra can be fixed to plasterboard with metal cavity fixings rated to at least 1.5kg per fixing point, though fixing into solid masonry or a timber batten is preferred for long-term stability. The backplate has two or more fixing holes for wall screws.
