Description

The PowerMaster 5ft 30W LED emergency batten delivers 3900 lumens at 4000K cool white through a 1500mm polycarbonate opal diffuser, with a 3-hour emergency backup function that provides 1.5-2W output during mains power failure. The integrated LED runs at 130 lumens per watt on standard 230V mains, housed in a white steel body with a hinged screwless bracket that allows the diffuser to be opened for tube access without removing the fitting from the ceiling.

Designed for commercial, institutional and residential installations where emergency lighting compliance is required, the batten suits corridors, stairwells, storage areas, office circulation zones and plant rooms. The IP20 rating and IK06 impact resistance make it suitable for indoor dry environments with moderate foot traffic. The quick-fit push terminals accept standard UK wiring without stripping conductor insulation back more than the marked length, reducing installation time on multi-unit projects.
