Description
The LumiLife 150W LED high bay is a suspended industrial luminaire delivering 25,000 lumens from an array of surface-mounted LEDs behind a polycarbonate diffuser, housed in a die-cast aluminium body with integrated heat sinks. The CCT-adjustable feature allows switching between 3000K warm white and 5700K daylight via a selector switch on the driver housing, adapting the light temperature to different operational requirements without changing the fitting.
Designed for warehouses, factories, gymnasiums, retail stockrooms and high-ceiling commercial spaces with mounting heights between 4m and 10m, the high bay uses a hook-and-chain suspension system with a steel wire safety loop. The IP65 rating seals the driver and LED array against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction, making it suitable for environments with airborne particulates, steam or occasional washdown. The 110° beam angle distributes light across a wide footprint, reducing the number of fittings needed to achieve uniform lux levels across floor areas.
The aluminium body dissipates heat through external cooling fins, allowing continuous operation at ambient temperatures from -40°C to +40°C without thermal shutdown. The dimmable driver accepts 0-10V and DALI control signals, enabling integration with building management systems or manual dimmer panels to reduce output during periods of low activity or daylight contribution. At 170 lumens per watt, the high bay consumes 150W to replace 400W metal halide or high-pressure sodium fittings with a significant reduction in heat load and maintenance frequency.

Frequently Asked
How is the colour temperature changed?
The CCT selector switch is located on the driver housing inside the luminaire body. The fitting must be de-energised and the cover removed to access the switch, which toggles between 3000K and 5700K. This is a one-time setting rather than an adjustable control during operation.
What mounting height does it suit?
The 110° beam angle and 25,000 lumen output are designed for mounting heights between 4m and 10m. Lower mounting produces higher lux levels over a smaller area; higher mounting spreads light more widely but with reduced intensity at floor level.
Is the fitting compatible with 0-10V dimmers?
Yes. The driver accepts both 0-10V analogue and DALI digital dimming signals. The dimming interface is via a separate control cable rather than phase-cut dimming on the mains supply.
What does IP65 protect against?
IP65 seals the driver and LED array against dust ingress (total protection) and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It does not protect against submersion or high-pressure washing, and is not rated for Zone 0 hazardous areas.
