Description
The Siroco is a 132cm ceiling fan with integrated 24W LED lighting, combining three light brown wood blades with a brushed nickel motor housing and an opal glass diffuser at the centre. The integrated LED supports CCT (correlated colour temperature) switching across three settings from 3000K warm white to 5000K cool white, controlled via the included remote handset. The DC motor runs quieter and draws less power than traditional AC ceiling fans, and includes a reverse function to switch blade rotation from downdraft in summer to updraft in winter.
Designed for bedrooms, lounges and dining rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Siroco requires a minimum clearance of 30cm from ceiling to blade tip plus 210cm from floor to blade tip for safe operation. The 132cm blade span suits rooms between 12-18m², providing airflow without overwhelming smaller bedrooms or underpowered for larger open-plan spaces. Installation requires a ceiling joist or reinforced fixing point capable of supporting the 5.17kg weight plus the dynamic load of rotation.
The light brown wood finish on the blades pairs with warm oak, ash and pine furniture tones commonly found in Scandinavian and mid-century interiors. The brushed nickel motor housing provides a neutral metallic accent that sits between warm brass and cool chrome, working across a wider range of interior schemes. The opal glass diffuser softens the LED output and prevents glare when the fan is viewed from below, particularly useful in bedrooms where the fan sits within the typical sightline from a bed.
The remote control manages six fan speeds, the LED dimmer function, and the three CCT presets (3000K, 4000K, 5000K). The reverse function is activated via a switch on the motor housing rather than the remote. CCT flexibility means the same fitting can deliver warm ambient light for evening relaxation or cooler task light for daytime activities without needing separate circuits or bulbs.

Frequently Asked
What room size does the Siroco suit?
The 132cm blade span is designed for rooms between 12-18m². Smaller rooms may find the airflow too strong on higher speeds; larger open-plan spaces may need a second fan or a larger diameter model to achieve consistent circulation.
What ceiling height is required?
Building regulations require 210cm clearance from floor to blade tip. With the motor housing adding 30cm drop from the ceiling, the minimum ceiling height needed is 240cm. Lower ceilings cannot safely accommodate this fan.
How is the colour temperature changed?
The included remote control has a CCT button that cycles through three presets: 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white, and 5000K cool white. The selected temperature is retained when the fan is switched off and on again.
What does the reverse function do?
The reverse switch on the motor housing changes blade rotation direction. In summer, blades rotate anticlockwise (viewed from below) to push air downward for cooling. In winter, reversing to clockwise pulls air upward, circulating warm air trapped at ceiling level without creating a direct downdraft.
