Description

The Facet is an 18 light lead crystal chandelier built around a diamond-shaped profile of cascading crystal droplets, suspended from a polished chrome frame on a linked chrome chain. Each of the 18 SES bulb holders (sold separately) sits within the densely-packed crystal layers, and light passing through the precision-cut lead crystal refracts into multiple directions, multiplying the effect of each individual bulb.

Designed for double-height entrance halls, formal dining rooms with ceilings above 3m, and large living rooms with substantial ceiling-to-floor volumes, the Facet's 69cm diameter and 63cm height create a proportional presence without overwhelming smaller ceiling heights. The fixture weighs 20.5kg once assembled, requiring a ceiling rose and fixings rated for at least 25kg. The chain length can be adjusted during installation to suit the specific drop needed between ceiling and floor.

The polished chrome finish on the frame and chain reflects surrounding light and contrasts cleanly against the transparency of the lead crystal, giving sharper definition to each tier of droplets. Lead crystal can be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth while the bulbs are switched off and cool. For deeper cleaning, remove individual droplets from the frame (they typically hang on wire hooks) and wash in warm water with a small amount of washing-up liquid, then dry thoroughly before re-hanging.
