Description
The Toulix is a 5-light chandelier built around a central column with five curved arms radiating outward, each arm terminating in a fluted optical glass diffuser backed by faceted Strass crystal droplets. The nickel-plated frame supports five BC (bayonet cap) bulb holders, with vertical crystal details rising between each arm to create an upright, symmetrical silhouette.
Designed for dining rooms with 2.4-2.7m ceiling heights, entrance halls and dressing rooms where a decorative fitting can sit at or just above eye level, the Toulix combines classical chandelier form with restrained proportions. The 450mm diameter and 350mm drop (excluding chain) suit rooms measuring 3-4m across without overwhelming smaller or lower-ceilinged spaces. The chain-suspended mounting allows height adjustment on installation.
The fluted glass shades diffuse light from the bulbs while the Strass crystal droplets refract it into scattered points across walls and ceilings, creating layered light and shadow. The nickel finish provides a cool metallic tone that pairs with polished chrome fixtures, grey and white interiors, and marble or stone surfaces. At 5kg the chandelier carries visual presence without requiring reinforced ceiling fixings in most UK properties built to modern standards.
Each arm takes a BC bulb up to 60W, allowing flexibility to choose incandescent, halogen or LED bulbs (sold separately) depending on desired light temperature and energy consumption. Most installations pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 2700K-3000K to complement the crystal and glass without overpowering the decorative elements.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Toulix take?
The chandelier takes five BC (B22 bayonet cap) bulbs up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K to complement the crystal and glass without overpowering the decorative effect.
What ceiling height is needed?
The 350mm body height plus chain suspension means the chandelier works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. For dining tables the fitting typically sits 700-850mm above the table surface, requiring total ceiling height of 2.5-2.7m depending on chain adjustment.
Is the crystal Strass or standard?
The Toulix uses Strass crystal, which is machine-cut leaded crystal with high light refraction. It sits between standard moulded glass crystal and hand-cut full-lead Swarovski in terms of clarity and sparkle.
How is the crystal cleaned?
Switch off the circuit and allow bulbs to cool fully. Wipe each crystal droplet and glass shade with a dry microfibre cloth. For more persistent marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the metal frame or allowing water into the lamp holders.
