The Samero is a 21-light chandelier built on three ascending tiers of optical glass arms radiating from a central nickel stem. Each arm carries a precision-cut optical glass shade designed to refract light at multiple angles, with a candle-style G9 bulb fitting at the centre. The chandelier measures 84cm diameter and 64cm drop height, with a total weight of 16kg requiring a reinforced ceiling hook or joist fixing.

Designed for large-scale residential and hospitality interiors with ceiling heights of 3.5m or above, the Samero suits double-height entrance halls, formal dining rooms seating 10-14 guests, and ballroom or function spaces where a central focal point is needed. The three-tier arrangement provides multi-level light distribution, casting upward, outward and downward illumination from a single fitting. The radial symmetry gives the chandelier a balanced profile when viewed from below, making it well-suited to central ceiling positions where it will be seen from multiple angles.

The optical glass arms are precision-cut to create faceted surfaces that catch and scatter light when the bulbs are lit, increasing the perceived brightness and adding visual texture to the fixture. The nickel finish on the metal framework provides a cooler, more contemporary metal tone than brass or bronze, pairing comfortably with grey, white and cool-toned interiors as well as traditional settings. Each arm terminates in a small crystal drop that adds weight to the extremities and movement when air circulates in the room. What ceiling height is needed?

The 64cm drop height and 84cm diameter suit rooms with ceiling heights of 3.5m or above. In lower rooms the chandelier may dominate the vertical space and obstruct sightlines across the room.

Can it be installed on a standard ceiling rose?

At 16kg the Samero exceeds the safe load for most standard ceiling roses. Installation requires a reinforced ceiling hook fixed into a joist or a ceiling plate with multiple fixing points. A qualified electrician should assess the ceiling structure before installation.

How is the optical glass cleaned?

Switch off and allow bulbs to cool fully. Wipe each glass arm and crystal drop with a soft microfibre cloth. For more thorough cleaning, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water will remove fingerprints and dust buildup without leaving streaks. Avoid household glass cleaners as residue can dull the optical finish over time.
