Queenlight 5 Light Crystal Chandelier - Chrome

The Queenlight is a 5 light crystal chandelier built around five curved chrome arms radiating from a central chrome column, each arm supporting a white candle tube with an SES bulb fitting. Cut Czech crystal droplets hang from the arms and central column on chrome pins, refracting light across the chrome surface and creating dispersed points of reflection when the bulbs are lit.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and bedrooms where ceiling height is limited or where a smaller-scale chandelier suits the room proportions better than a larger multi-tier fitting, the Queenlight's 45cm diameter and 36cm height (excluding chain) fit comfortably in spaces where a 60-70cm chandelier would dominate. The five-arm configuration suits circular dining tables up to 1.2m diameter and square tables up to 1m, positioning the chandelier 700-900mm above the table surface depending on ceiling height. The polished chrome finish pairs with cooler-toned interiors and reflects both daylight and artificial light more actively than brass or bronze finishes.

Each of the five arms curves outward in a shallow S-shape before turning upward to hold the candle tube, giving the chandelier a traditional silhouette without excessive ornament. The crystal droplets are cut in a faceted teardrop profile and hang on individual chrome pins fixed to the arms and central stem, so they move slightly when air circulates in the room. The 4kg weight requires secure ceiling fixings appropriate to the ceiling construction — the chain supplied allows height adjustment during installation. Bulbs are sold separately and the SES (small Edison screw, E14 base) fitting accepts candle-profile LED, halogen or filament bulbs up to 60W per socket.

What bulbs does it take?

The chandelier takes five SES (E14 small Edison screw) candle bulbs, up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for dining and living areas.

What ceiling height is needed?

The chandelier body is 36cm high excluding the chain and ceiling rose. For dining table installation the fitting typically sits 700-900mm above the table surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. The chain can be shortened during fitting to suit lower ceilings.

Is the crystal glass or acrylic?

The droplets are cut glass crystal produced in the Czech Republic. They are heavier and more refractive than acrylic imitations, giving sharper points of reflected light when the chandelier is lit.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Turn off the power at the mains. Wipe each crystal droplet individually with a dry microfibre cloth or a barely-damp cloth with distilled water. Avoid soaking the chrome fittings and do not spray liquid directly onto the chandelier. For deeper cleaning the crystals can be removed from their pins, washed in warm water with a drop of washing-up liquid, rinsed and dried before refitting.
