Description

The Livenza is a 5 light crystal chandelier built on a gold-plated metal frame with five curved arms rising from a central column. Each arm terminates in a ribbed clear glass cup housing a G9 bulb (sold separately), with faceted Strass crystal drops and garlands draped between the arms and hanging from the central column. The upper tier carries three candle-style fittings above a spray of cast metal leaves, with additional crystal swags cascading down to the lower tier of four arms.

Designed for dining rooms, bedrooms and sitting rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Livenza provides ambient and decorative light through a combination of upward-facing bulbs and light refracted through the crystal drops. The 44cm diameter suits tables of 120-180cm length or rooms of 12-16m². The chandelier hangs from a central chain and canopy that conceals the cable run, with the total drop adjustable during installation to suit ceiling height.

The gold-plated finish on the frame is a warm yellow-gold tone that pairs with traditional and classical interiors using brass hardware, warm timber and rich fabric tones. The ribbed glass cups diffuse light from each G9 bulb, while the cut crystal drops add prismatic sparkle when the chandelier is lit and when daylight passes through the room. At 3kg total weight the fitting requires secure ceiling joist or support bar fixing rather than a standard plasterboard anchor.

What ceiling height is needed?

The chandelier measures 43cm in height excluding the chain and canopy. For dining rooms the fitting typically hangs 70-85cm above the table surface, requiring a ceiling height of 2.4m or above. The chain length is adjustable during installation to suit different ceiling heights.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the power at the mains before cleaning. Wipe each crystal drop individually with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For more thorough cleaning, crystal drops can be removed from their fixings, washed in warm water with a drop of washing-up liquid, rinsed and dried thoroughly before rehanging.

What table size does this suit?

The 44cm diameter works well above dining tables of 120-180cm length. For larger tables a second chandelier or a larger diameter fitting may be needed to provide balanced light coverage.
