The 49cm overall drop (adjustable on chain or rod during installation) positions the lowest crystal tier at a comfortable height above a dining table when the fitting hangs 700-800mm from the ceiling rose. The polished nickel frame reflects light from the three bulbs back through the crystal, multiplying sparkle without adding visual weight.

Each Strass crystal is cut with multiple facets that refract light into spectrum colours when the bulbs are lit, and the lead content in the glass adds weight and clarity compared to standard acrylic or lower-grade crystal. How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the power at the mains before cleaning. Wipe each crystal drop individually with a dry, lint-free microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystal or letting water run into the metal frame. Do not use household sprays or chemical cleaners on lead crystal.
