Description
The Crystal Weave is a 24-light flush chandelier built around a chrome canopy from which four tiers of faceted crystal discs cascade in a vertical column. Each tier holds rows of elongated crystal elements arranged in overlapping layers, creating a waterfall effect when lit. The 24 G9 bulbs (sold separately) sit within the crystal tiers, refracting light through the cut surfaces and across the chrome frame.
Designed for double-height entrance halls, open stairwells and living spaces with ceiling heights of 3.5m or higher, the Crystal Weave provides ambient and decorative light through the crystal rather than from exposed bulbs. The flush-mount canopy sits directly against the ceiling, keeping the overall drop compact while still delivering vertical impact. The tiered structure means light is distributed across four distinct zones rather than concentrated at a single point, filling vertical space evenly.
The chrome finish on the canopy and mounting hardware reflects both daylight and artificial light, amplifying the brightness of the crystal column during the day and multiplying the lit effect at night. Each crystal disc is faceted on multiple edges, so the chandelier throws refracted light patterns onto surrounding walls and ceiling planes when the bulbs are switched on. The crystal tiers are suspended on fine cables threaded through the centre of the column, giving the appearance of a floating stack rather than a rigid frame.
At 24 lights, this version of the Crystal Weave sits between Impex's smaller single-tier models and the larger 30-light variant, offering a balance between presence and proportion for rooms where a full-height chandelier would dominate. The overall diameter is approximately 500mm, narrow enough to fit above a standard staircase width without obstructing sightlines or headroom on the lower flight.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does it take?
The chandelier takes 24 x G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately. Most installations use 2-3W G9 LED bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) to reduce heat output and running cost while maintaining brightness through the crystal.
What ceiling height is needed?
The chandelier is designed for double-height spaces with ceiling heights of 3.5m or higher. In a typical 2.5-tier open stairwell or entrance hall, the chandelier provides vertical fill without dropping into the walkable zone below.
Is it dimmable?
Dimmer compatibility depends on the G9 bulbs chosen. Use dimmable G9 LEDs with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer for smooth dimming. Non-dimmable G9 LEDs will flicker or fail on a dimmer circuit.
How is the crystal cleaned?
Turn off the power at the consumer unit before cleaning. Wipe each crystal disc individually with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the chrome or cable fittings. Do not use spray polishes or chemical cleaners on the crystal.
