What ceiling height is needed?

With a 70cm drop plus chain and canopy, the chandelier suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. In formal dining rooms the base of the chandelier typically sits 700-800mm above the table surface, so a 2.4m ceiling height can work if the chain is shortened during installation.

Is the chandelier dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs used. LED bulbs marked as dimmable will work with most UK trailing-edge dimmers. Non-dimmable LEDs will not dim and may flicker or hum if paired with a dimmer switch.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off and allow bulbs to cool fully. Wipe each crystal droplet individually with a dry, lint-free microfibre cloth. For heavier dust build-up, a solution of distilled water and a drop of washing-up liquid on a barely-damp cloth works, but dry each piece immediately to avoid water spots. Do not spray cleaners directly onto the chandelier or immerse crystals in water while still attached to the frame.
