Description

The Straven is an 8-light iron chandelier with a sterling grey finish, built around a symmetrical arrangement of candle-style arms radiating from a rounded central base. Eight arched supports rise from the outer ring to a central finial, creating a domed frame that holds the arms in a balanced horizontal plane. Each arm terminates in a candle cup fitted for an SES bulb, sold separately.

The 91cm diameter and 40cm height position the Straven as a medium-sized chandelier suited to dining rooms with tables up to 180cm long, entrance halls with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3m, and stairwells where the chandelier can hang in vertical space without overwhelming the horizontal plane. The fitting accepts up to 60W per bulb, giving flexibility to choose LED candles at 4-6W for ambient light or higher-output filament bulbs where more brightness is needed.
