The gunmetal finish provides a darker alternative to polished chrome or brass, absorbing light rather than reflecting it and allowing the crystal drops to stand out against the frame. Eight SES bulbs (sold separately) at up to 60W each deliver ambient light distributed across the width of the fitting, rather than concentrated in a single downward beam. The arched arms give the chandelier a symmetrical footprint when viewed from below, making it well-suited to circular or square dining tables where the light spread needs to cover the table perimeter evenly.
