Description

The Queenlight is a 3-light Czech crystal chandelier built on three curved glass arms that extend from a central gold-finished column. Each arm carries a single SES candle bulb in a white candle sleeve, surrounded by cut crystal droplets and a crystal bobeche that catches and refracts light when the bulbs are lit. The central column and chain link are finished in a warm gold tone that coordinates with brass hardware and traditional metalwork.

At 45cm diameter and 36cm drop height, the Queenlight fits hallways, dressing rooms, landing spaces and smaller dining rooms where ceiling height is under 2.6m or where a larger chandelier would dominate the room. The three-arm configuration provides balanced light across a 2-3m table or a 3m hallway without the visual weight of a five or six-arm fitting. The chain length can be adjusted on installation to suit the ceiling height and intended clearance.

Each arm is dressed with Czech-cut crystal droplets that hang from a decorative bobeche at the candle position. The crystal is machine-faceted to a traditional chandelier pattern, with octagonal and teardrop cuts that break white light into spectral colour when struck by direct sun or halogen bulbs. The gold finish on the metalwork has a polished sheen rather than a brushed texture, giving stronger reflections under artificial light. The fitting weighs 3kg and requires a ceiling rose rated for chandelier fittings.

What bulbs does it take?

The Queenlight takes three SES (E14 small Edison screw) bulbs, each rated up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this chandelier with 4-6W LED candle bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) to suit the traditional aesthetic.

What room size does it suit?

The 45cm diameter works in rooms between 3m and 4m wide, including hallways, dressing rooms, landings and smaller dining rooms. Larger rooms benefit from a five or six-light chandelier for better light coverage.

Is the chain length adjustable?

Yes. The chain can be shortened during installation to suit different ceiling heights. The 36cm drop refers to the chandelier body only, excluding the chain and ceiling rose.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Turn off the power and allow the bulbs to cool completely. Wipe each crystal droplet with a dry microfibre cloth, or for heavier dust use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water. Avoid spraying cleaners directly onto the chandelier or soaking the crystal.
