Description

The Lunara is a 25cm crystal chandelier with a polished chrome dome set above a cascade of faceted crystal droplets. Three G9 bulbs (sold separately) sit inside the dome, casting light down through the crystal fringe and reflecting off the mirror-finish chrome to create a layered, sparkling effect.

Designed for dining alcoves, bedside positions, and kitchen islands where a smaller pendant is needed, the Lunara's 23cm height and 25cm diameter suit rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. The single suspension wire keeps the visual weight minimal, allowing the fixture to float above the surface below without dominating the space. The chrome dome reflects surrounding wall tones and adjacent furniture, making it responsive to the room's existing palette.

The speckled finish on the chrome dome adds depth and breaks up reflections, so the surface reads as textured rather than flat mirror. The faceted crystal droplets hang in vertical strands from the dome's lower edge, catching and refracting light from the G9 bulbs and any ambient daylight in the room. At 2.2kg, the Lunara has enough physical presence to anchor a smaller dining table or console without requiring structural ceiling reinforcement.

What bulbs does it take?

The Lunara takes three G9 capsule bulbs up to a combined maximum of 28W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair it with warm-white LED G9 bulbs around 2-3W each and 2700K-3000K for ambient dining or bedside light.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 23cm fixture height works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. For dining tables the chandelier typically sits 700-800mm above the surface, so the total drop including suspension wire should be set accordingly during installation.

Is the chrome dome solid or perforated?

The dome is solid polished chrome with a speckled finish. Light is cast downwards through the open base of the dome and reflects off the chrome surface, but does not pass through the dome itself.

How is the crystal fringe attached?

The crystal droplets hang on individual strands from the lower edge of the chrome dome. Each strand is fixed at the top and hangs freely, so the droplets sway gently if the chandelier is disturbed during cleaning.
