Lunara 3 Light Crystal Flush Ceiling Light - Chrome

The Lunara is a 25cm flush ceiling light with a polished chrome dome speckled with gold-toned particles, suspended above a cascade of faceted crystal droplets. Three G9 bulbs (sold separately) sit inside the dome, casting light through the smoked glass surface and down through the crystal strands below.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights between 2.2m and 2.6m where a pendant would hang too low, the Lunara provides decorative presence without requiring drop clearance. The 23cm height from ceiling to lowest crystal makes it suitable for bedrooms, hallways, compact living rooms and walk-in wardrobes where a surface-mounted fitting is needed but plain flush lights feel too utilitarian. The chrome dome reflects surrounding colours and light sources, while the crystal droplets add movement and sparkle when the bulbs are lit.

The dome surface carries a gradient of gold speckles across the smoked glass, concentrated towards the centre and dispersing outwards. When lit, the bulbs inside create a warm glow that highlights these particles and casts refracted light through the hanging crystal strands. The combined weight of the dome, crystal and three G9 fittings is 2kg, requiring a solid ceiling fixing point and rose that can carry the load safely. The polished chrome finish pairs well with both warm-toned and cool-toned interiors, and the compact 25cm diameter works in spaces from 8-15m² without overwhelming the ceiling plane.

What bulbs does the Lunara take?

The fitting takes three G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately. Maximum wattage per bulb is 28W. Most users pair this with LED G9 bulbs between 3-5W in 2700K-3000K for warm ambient light.

Is it suitable for low ceilings?

Yes. The Lunara is designed as a flush fitting specifically for rooms where ceiling height is limited. At 23cm from ceiling to lowest crystal point, it works in standard UK homes with 2.2m-2.6m ceiling heights without hanging into headroom.

Can the crystal droplets be removed for cleaning?

The crystal strands are individually hung and can be detached for cleaning or replacement. Wipe gently with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water and dry immediately to avoid water spots.

What ceiling fixing is needed?

The fitting weighs 2kg when fully assembled with bulbs. It requires a secure ceiling rose fixed to a joist or solid ceiling structure capable of supporting this weight safely. If your ceiling is plasterboard only, use appropriate cavity fixings rated for the load.
