Lumina 6 Light Crystal Flush Ceiling Light - Chrome

The Lumina is a 52cm flush ceiling light built around a shallow chrome dome densely packed with faceted crystal elements arranged in concentric wave patterns. Six G9 bulb holders sit behind the crystal, casting light through the layered facets and reflecting off the polished chrome frame. The 22cm projection from ceiling to base makes it suitable for rooms where a pendant would sit too low.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways and living rooms with ceiling heights between 2.3m and 2.5m, the Lumina provides overhead light without the drop of a suspension fitting. The crystal layering diffuses the six G9 light sources into softer ambient coverage rather than direct glare, while the faceted surfaces create moving points of reflection when the light is on. The 52cm diameter suits rooms of 12-18m² where a single central fitting is needed.

The chrome finish is polished to a high shine, intensifying the reflective effect when paired with the crystal. Each crystal element is individually positioned within the spiralling wire frame, creating a three-dimensional texture across the dome surface. At 2.3kg the fitting requires secure fixing to a ceiling joist or appropriate anchor, and the chrome backplate sits flat against the ceiling rose with no visible gap once installed. The six G9 fittings allow individual bulbs to be replaced without removing the entire crystal assembly.

What bulbs does it take and are they included?

The Lumina takes six G9 capsule bulbs with a maximum combined wattage of 28W. Bulbs are not included. Most users pair this with 3-4W G9 LED bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) for ambient bedroom or lounge lighting.

Is it suitable for low ceilings?

Yes. With a 22cm projection from ceiling to lowest point, the Lumina is designed specifically for lower ceilings where pendant lights would hang too low. It works well in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.3m upwards.

Is it dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the G9 bulbs you fit. Use dimmable G9 LED bulbs paired with a compatible LED dimmer switch. Non-dimmable bulbs will not dim and may flicker or fail if used with a dimmer.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the mains supply before cleaning. Wipe the chrome frame with a dry microfibre cloth. For the crystal elements, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water or a dedicated crystal cleaner spray. Avoid soaking the metal frame or allowing moisture into the bulb holders.
