Lumina 5 Light Crystal Chandelier - Chrome

The Lumina is a 37cm crystal chandelier with five G9 bulb fittings housed inside a bowl-shaped chrome frame. The chrome structure forms concentric ribs that wrap around the bowl interior, each holding a row of faceted crystal elements threaded onto the metal framework. The crystals catch and refract light from the five G9 bulbs, scattering prismatic reflections across nearby surfaces.

Designed for dining tables, breakfast nooks and kitchen islands in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Lumina balances decorative impact with a shallow 22cm bowl height that works in spaces where a deep drop pendant would intrude. The fixture suspends on three fine chrome cables from a 12cm polished chrome ceiling plate, with the cables adjustable on installation to set the bowl height 650-850mm above a table surface depending on ceiling height.

The polished chrome finish reflects surrounding light and colour, so the bowl appears brighter in daylight and takes on warmer tones from evening lighting. The faceted crystal elements are precision-cut to create consistent refraction patterns, when the G9 bulbs are lit, each crystal acts as a miniature prism. The combined weight of the chrome frame and crystal detail gives the fixture a solid 2.4kg presence without appearing heavy when suspended. G9 bulbs are sold separately and can be chosen in warm white (2700-3000K) or cool white (4000K) depending on room context.

What bulbs does it take?

The Lumina takes five G9 capsule bulbs, each up to 28W maximum (5.6W per bulb). G9 bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED G9 bulbs between 3-5W and 2700-3000K for dining table use.

Is it dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the G9 bulbs chosen. Use dimmable G9 LED bulbs paired with a compatible LED dimmer switch. Non-dimmable G9 bulbs will not work with a dimmer and may flicker or fail if connected to one.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 22cm bowl height and adjustable suspension cables work in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. For a dining table the bowl typically sits 650-850mm above the surface, depending on ceiling height and personal preference.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Wipe the faceted crystal elements gently with a dry microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid household sprays and chemical cleaners, which can leave residue on the cut surfaces and dull the refraction.
