What ceiling fixing is needed for the weight?

At 6.7kg, the fitting requires secure fixing to a ceiling joist or using plasterboard fixings rated for the load. If fixing to plasterboard without joist access, use spring toggle fixings or cavity anchors rated for at least 10kg to provide adequate support.
