Description

The Laurin is a 42cm square flush ceiling light with four cylindrical diffusers mounted on a chrome base. Each cylinder pairs a clear outer glass shade with an inner copper-tone mesh sleeve, which softens glare and introduces warm metallic tones against the polished chrome. The fitting requires four G9 bulbs (sold separately), each rated up to 28W, and projects just 14cm from the ceiling once installed.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights below 2.4m, the Laurin provides ambient light without the drop clearance needed for a pendant or semi-flush. The four-light configuration suits bedrooms up to 12-14m², hallways, small living rooms and compact bathrooms where a single central fitting is the primary light source. The flush-to-ceiling installation keeps the fitting out of head-strike zones in corridors and low-ceilinged spaces.

The copper mesh inside each glass cylinder filters the light from the G9 bulbs, reducing direct glare and casting a warmer tone into the room than unshielded halogen or LED would produce. The chrome base and clear glass keep the overall appearance clean and reflective, while the copper mesh adds textural interest when viewed from below.
