The Frylia is a 70cm diameter Georgian-style chandelier with ten candle-style arms arranged in two tiers around a polished chrome frame, each arm hung with precision-cut lead crystal drops, pendants and swags. The central stem supports an ornate chrome top section with scrollwork detailing, and the whole fitting suspends from a matching chrome canopy and chain. Each of the ten arms takes an SES candle bulb up to 60W (bulbs sold separately).

Designed for dining rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, entrance halls with double-height ceilings, and staircases where the 79cm drop can be appreciated from multiple levels, the Frylia pairs decorative mass with vertical clarity. The two-tier arrangement places five arms in the lower ring and five in the upper, creating depth when viewed from below. The chandelier weighs 15kg once fully assembled, requiring a reinforced ceiling fixing point and a minimum chain rating to match.

The lead crystal is hand-cut in a traditional Georgian style, with faceted almond drops, pear-shaped pendants, and small linking beads that catch and refract both natural daylight and candlelight once the bulbs are lit. How is the crystal cleaned?

Individual crystal drops can be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth while the chandelier is switched off and cool. For deeper cleaning, some users remove individual drops and wash them in warm water with a tiny amount of washing-up liquid, then dry them individually before rehanging. Avoid spraying the chrome frame or wiring with liquid cleaners.
