Description

The Essari is a 43cm chrome flush ceiling light with concentric rings of faceted crystal prisms arranged in a tapered dome below a polished chrome canopy. An integrated 24W LED sits behind the upper chrome ring, casting light through multiple layers of crystal that refract and scatter the beam into ambient wash across ceilings and walls.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights below 2.4m where a pendant or chandelier would hang too low, the Essari gives decorative presence without the drop. The 27cm total height from ceiling to lowest crystal point suits bedrooms, hallways, smaller living rooms and entrance areas where a flush fitting is required but decorative detail is still wanted. The crystal layers catch natural daylight during the day and turn the LED output into diffused sparkle at night.

Each crystal prism is individually suspended on fine wires from the chrome frame, giving the fitting a multi-dimensional depth despite the shallow overall projection. The polished chrome finish reflects light back into the crystal array, amplifying brightness and adding a cool metallic accent that pairs with greys, whites and contemporary neutral schemes. At 3.6kg the fitting needs secure fixing to a ceiling joist or rated ceiling anchor.

Yes. The Essari projects 27cm from the ceiling to the lowest crystal point, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.2m or above where a pendant chandelier would hang too low.

Is the LED dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer switch used. The integrated 24W LED is rated for mains voltage, but not all LED flush fittings work with all dimmer models. Contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm compatibility.

How is it fitted to the ceiling?

The chrome canopy fixes directly to a standard UK ceiling rose or junction box. At 3.6kg the fitting needs secure fixing — mount to a ceiling joist or use rated ceiling anchors if fixing to plasterboard.

Can the crystals be cleaned?

Yes. The crystal prisms can be wiped gently with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water works, but avoid soaking the metal fittings or allowing moisture into the LED housing.
