The Energizer 36 Alkaline Power battery pack contains 24 AA and 12 AAA 1.5V alkaline cells packaged in a counter display unit with blister cards. Each battery uses zinc-manganese dioxide chemistry to deliver consistent voltage for low- to moderate-drain devices such as remote controls, wall clocks, LED torches, wireless keyboards and battery-operated toys.

The pack is designed for home and office users who need a bulk supply of replacement batteries rather than buying individual packs as each device runs flat. The pre-filled display unit contains 36 individual blister cards, each holding one or more cells — this allows the pack to be broken down into single-battery replacements as needed rather than opening a sealed multi-pack and losing the remaining cells in a drawer. The leak-resistant construction protects devices during extended storage, and the cells hold charge for up to seven years when stored at room temperature.

The 24 AA cells suit devices with higher current draw such as digital cameras on low-power mode, motorised toys, portable radios and larger LED torches. The 12 AAA cells fit smaller devices including TV remotes, wireless mice, bathroom scales and compact torches. Both sizes are standard UK dimensions and fit any device rated for 1.5V alkaline AA or AAA cells.

The display unit itself is cardboard with a white and red base tray, designed for retail counter or shelf placement. For home users ordering online the unit arrives as a wholesale pack rather than individual blister cards, but each card can be removed and stored separately once the outer carton is opened.
