The Auren is a 520mm diameter crystal chandelier with seven integrated 6W LED units arranged in a circular formation, surrounded by faceted crystal segments set into a polished chrome frame. The crystal forms a radiating band around the perimeter, while a frosted glass diffuser underneath spreads the LED output into ambient downlight.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls with ceiling heights above 2.6m, the Auren provides both decorative and functional light. The 1380mm total drop (including canopy and suspension cables) positions the fitting 600-800mm above a dining surface in rooms with 2.4-2.7m ceilings, or can be adjusted for higher installations in double-height spaces. The polished chrome canopy fits standard UK ceiling roses and the cables are length-adjustable during installation.

The faceted crystal segments catch and refract light from the integrated LEDs, creating scattered highlights across walls and ceilings when the fitting is illuminated. The frosted diffuser softens direct glare from the bulbs while maintaining enough downward throw to light a table or worktop below. The combined crystal, chrome and glass give the fitting its 8.2kg weight, which requires secure ceiling fixing into a joist or structural support rather than plasterboard alone.

Does the crystal require cleaning?

The faceted crystal segments collect dust over time. Wipe gently with a dry microfibre cloth when the fitting is switched off and cool. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystal or allowing water into the LED housing.

What fixing is needed for the 8.2kg weight?

The fitting requires secure ceiling fixing into a joist or structural support, not plasterboard alone. If your ceiling rose is plasterboard-mounted, install a ceiling joist spreader bar or consult a qualified electrician before fitting.
