Description

The Sorelle is an 82cm linear suspension light built from a series of ribbed white panels arranged in a woven patchwork configuration around four ES (E27) lamp holders. Each panel segment curves gently outward, creating a textured surface that diffuses light through the material while allowing controlled escape from the gaps between panels. The four bulbs sit inside this segmented enclosure, distributing light downward and outward through the panel structure.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and home bars where linear task lighting is needed, the Sorelle provides directional ambient light across a 1.5-2m surface area. The 82cm length suits island runs of 1.8-2.4m when centred, or can be positioned off-centre over L-shaped worktops. The pendant hangs on twin steel cables from an oval ceiling rose, with cable length adjustable on installation to set the fixture 700-900mm above the worktop depending on ceiling height.

The matt white finish on the metal panels minimises glare and reflects soft diffused light back into the room rather than creating hot spots. The woven panel arrangement gives the fitting a three-dimensional presence — the fixture measures 35cm deep from ceiling rose to base, projecting noticeably into the room when viewed from the side.
