Description

The SEIDY (B/M) is a recessed round LED spotlight that takes a low-voltage MR16 bulb on a Gx5.3 base, running at 12V AC or DC and rated for a maximum of 10W. Known to UK buyers as a recessed spotlight or downlight trim, it sits flush in the ceiling and directs a focused MR16 beam downward, so the spread depends on the bulb you fit. The fixed black matt bezel measures Ø92mm with a 26mm depth, giving a compact, low-profile finish once installed.

Because the bulb is not included, the SEIDY lets you pick the MR16 beam angle and colour temperature to suit the job, which makes it useful for accent and task points rather than broad ambient washing. It works well over a kitchen worktop run, picking out artwork or shelving in a living room, or marking out a hallway, with several fittings spaced along a line to build up coverage. Note the IP20 rating: this is a dry indoor fitting only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any exposed or damp location. It needs a 12V supply, so a transformer or LED driver is required between the mains and the fitting.

The body is aluminium alloy in a black matt finish, weighing 102g, with the round profile keeping the visible trim small against the ceiling.
