Description

The Raw Burnout is a 6-seater modular corner sofa built around a low-profile L-shaped frame upholstered in ivory fabric, supplied with a removable abstract print cover layer that sits over the base. The printed cover features hand-drawn ink-like black marks and red accent strokes on a neutral ground, turning the sofa into a graphic anchor piece in open-plan living rooms, creative studios and lounge spaces.

The modular layout consists of corner and straight sections that combine to form a 345cm x 245cm footprint, seating six adults with room for sprawl. The deep foam cushioning provides sink-in comfort without sagging, and the low 70cm height keeps the visual mass below eye level when seated opposite. Each cover is fully removable via zips, allowing the sofa to be used in its solid ivory base form or refreshed with replacement covers over time.

The fabric on both the base and cover is certified European upholstery cloth tested to 100,000 Martindale cycles for abrasion resistance. Both layers carry water-repellent and anti-claw treatments to reduce staining and resist damage from pets. Light soiling can be spot-cleaned with a damp microfibre cloth, while the covers can be removed for professional cleaning when needed. The modular construction means individual sections can be separated and rearranged to suit different floor plans or moved through narrow doorways without disassembly of the frame.

Can the covers be washed?

The covers are removable via zips but are not machine-washable at home. For deep cleaning we recommend professional upholstery cleaning. Light marks can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Can the sofa be used without the printed cover?

Yes. The ivory base is a fully finished upholstered sofa on its own. The printed cover is a separate layer that sits over the base, so you can choose to display the sofa with or without it.

Are the modules sold separately?

Yes. Individual corner and straight modules can be purchased separately, allowing you to build a custom configuration or add sections to an existing Raw Burnout setup.

What room size does it need?

The 345cm x 245cm footprint suits open-plan living spaces, large lounges or studio apartments with floor areas of at least 20-25m². Allow clearance space of 80-100cm in front of the sofa for movement and coffee table placement.
