Description

The JQ-37 (article code ZONA JQ-37-W) is a passive infrared motion sensor for switching lighting automatically when movement is detected. It runs on a 220-240V AC mains supply and houses its detection electronics in a compact white plastic body measuring Ø115 x 55 mm. As a PIR unit it senses the heat signature of people moving within its field, making it a practical control for hallways, landings, store rooms and other indoor spaces where hands-free switching is useful.

Rated IP20, this sensor is built for dry interior use and should be kept out of damp, wet or fully exposed outdoor positions. The white finish sits discreetly against most ceilings and walls, and the part is wired in line with the circuit it controls. We also stock other motion and daylight sensors to suit different detection ranges and IP requirements.
