Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and double-height entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Luma provides both direct downlight and ambient sparkle. The 59cm drop from ceiling plate to bottom pendant sits the lowest crystal tier approximately 2.1m above floor level when installed on a standard 2.7m ceiling, placing it well above head height in circulation areas. The 55cm diameter makes it suitable for dining tables 1.4-2.0m long or for central positioning in living rooms of 4-5m square.

Each faceted crystal element catches and refracts light differently depending on viewing angle and time of day, so the chandelier's appearance shifts between static geometric sculpture in daylight and active light source in the evening. The combined crystal, chrome frame and suspension cables give the fitting an 11.8kg mass that requires a ceiling joist or reinforced ceiling rose rated for the load. What ceiling height is needed?

The 59cm drop places the bottom crystal pendant approximately 2.1m above floor level on a standard 2.7m ceiling. Rooms with ceiling heights below 2.5m may find the chandelier hangs too low for comfortable circulation underneath. Ceilings of 2.7m or higher suit the fitting best.

Is the chandelier dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the G9 bulbs installed. LED G9 bulbs vary in dimmer compatibility by manufacturer. Use dimmable-rated G9 LEDs and pair with a trailing-edge LED dimmer for best results.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off power at the consumer unit before cleaning. Wipe each crystal drop and pendant individually with a dry microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water works, but avoid soaking the chrome frame or cable connections. Do not spray household cleaners directly onto the fitting.
