Description
The Liora is a 6-light flush ceiling fitting with a polished chrome canopy and a 38cm diameter arrangement of vertical crystal prisms, cascading in tiers from a central drum. Each of the six G9 bulbs (sold separately, 28W maximum per bulb) sits inside the crystal structure, casting light through the faceted surfaces to create refraction and sparkle across walls and ceilings.
Designed for rooms with low ceiling heights or where a pendant drop would intrude into headroom, the Liora mounts directly to the ceiling with a 27cm total drop from canopy to lowest crystal point. This makes it suitable for bedrooms, hallways, entrance areas and dining rooms in properties with ceiling heights of 2.4m or below. The flush mount also works in layered or coffered ceilings where a traditional chandelier suspension would clash with the architecture.
The crystal prisms are arranged in two tiers around the chrome drum frame, with the outer tier of longer prisms creating a skirt effect and the inner tier forming a shorter crown. The tiered arrangement gives the fitting visual depth without projecting far from the ceiling plane. At 7.7kg installed weight, the Liora requires a ceiling rose or junction box capable of supporting the combined weight of the chrome frame and crystal elements.
The polished chrome finish on the canopy and frame provides a cool metallic accent that pairs cleanly with contemporary and transitional interiors, white or grey walls, marble surfaces and cool-toned timber. The crystal cut style is geometric rather than ornate, giving a structured look that sits comfortably in minimalist and modern classical settings.

Frequently Asked
What ceiling height is needed?
The 27cm drop from ceiling to lowest crystal point means the Liora works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. In lower-ceilinged rooms it still functions but may feel more prominent in the space.
What bulbs does it take?
The Liora takes six G9 bulbs, each rated up to 28W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with G9 LED capsule bulbs between 3-5W and 2700K-3000K for warm ambient light.
Is it dimmable?
Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulb type chosen. G9 LED bulbs marked as 'dimmable' will work with compatible LED dimmers, but non-dimmable G9 LEDs cannot be dimmed. Halogen G9 bulbs are inherently dimmable with standard incandescent dimmers.
How is the crystal cleaned?
Switch off and allow bulbs to cool. Remove dust with a dry microfibre cloth or a soft brush. For more thorough cleaning, dampen a cloth with distilled water and wipe each prism individually, then dry immediately to avoid water marks. Do not spray cleaners directly onto the fitting.
