Description

This is a recessed square downlight that drops into a 77mm ceiling cut-out, sitting flush against the ceiling face once installed. It takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, rated for up to 10W, which makes it a straightforward fit for standard mains GU10 spotlight bulbs. The bulb is not included, so the output and tone are set by whichever GU10 lamp you choose. The fixed position holds the lamp pointing straight down, giving a clean, even spread across the area below.

From the Glozo range, the housing measures 92 × 92 mm with a low 25 mm depth, so it suits ceilings with limited recess space behind the plasterboard. The compact square trim works in kitchens, hallways and living spaces where a tidy, repeated grid of downlights is wanted, and the small footprint lets several sit in a run without crowding the ceiling. As an IP20 fitting it is intended for dry indoor rooms only, so keep it away from bathroom zones and any sheltered outdoor position.

The body is aluminium alloy, finished in a choice of black or white to match the ceiling or pick out the trim against it. The fixed, non-tilt construction keeps installation simple: cut the 77mm hole, wire in and clip the housing into place. The GU10 connector accepts any compatible mains twist-lock lamp, and whether the fitting dims depends entirely on the bulb you pair with it rather than the housing itself.
