Description

The Davos is a 100mm cube wall light with an integrated 12W LED producing 1100 lumens of warm 3000K light through two open faces, one facing upward and one downward. The sand white powder-coated aluminium body directs light in two beams that wash the wall above and below the fitting, leaving the cube itself dark against the surface it's mounted on.

Designed for exterior walls, garden boundaries, porch surrounds and stairwell landings where upward-downward wash light is preferred over a forward-facing beam, the Davos adds architectural definition without glare. The IP54 rating protects against dust ingress and water spray from any direction, making it suitable for locations sheltered from direct rainfall but exposed to weather. The compact 100mm cube projection sits close to the wall, reducing the risk of impact damage in narrow pathways or busy entrance areas.

The sand white finish provides a neutral backdrop that matches masonry, render and painted timber surfaces without drawing attention to the fitting itself when unlit. The 12W LED output is non-dimmable and fixed at 3000K, giving consistent warm white light across the 0-120° beam spread. At 0.61kg the fitting is light enough to fix to standard external wall substrates using wall plugs and screws through the rear mounting plate.

The IP54 rating protects against dust and water spray from any direction, making it suitable for sheltered porches, wall-mounted positions under eaves, and garden walls with some overhead cover. Fully exposed locations subject to driving rain may benefit from a higher IP rating.

Can the light direction be adjusted?

No. The light casts in two fixed directions — upward and downward — through open apertures in the top and bottom faces of the cube. The fitting cannot be rotated or tilted after installation.

Is it dimmable?

No. The integrated LED runs at a fixed 12W output and 3000K colour temperature. It is not compatible with dimmer switches or controls.

What wall surface is needed for mounting?

The rear mounting plate fixes to brick, render, timber cladding or masonry using appropriate wall plugs and screws. The 0.61kg weight is light enough for standard external wall substrates. Ensure the cable entry point is sealed to maintain the IP54 rating.
