Description

The Coral is a 13-light chandelier built from three stacked tiers of vertical glass rod panels, each tier set within a matt gold circular frame. The chandelier measures 77.5cm in diameter and 91cm in height, with thirteen E14 bulb positions distributed across the three levels. Each tier holds a ring of glass rod panels that form a cylindrical cage, creating depth and transparency as light passes through the layered structure.

Designed for double-height entrance halls, stairwells and large dining rooms with ceilings of 3.5m or higher, the Coral provides both decorative presence and ambient light distribution across multiple vertical planes. The three-tier construction spreads light at different heights, filling tall spaces more evenly than single-plane chandeliers. The 22.5kg weight and 77.5cm spread require professional installation onto a reinforced ceiling rose capable of taking the combined load of the fitting, chain and thirteen bulbs.

The matt gold finish on the metal frames softens reflections and pairs with warm-toned interiors, classical mouldings and contemporary neutral palettes. The vertical glass rods are arranged in a repeating geometric pattern across all three tiers, creating visual rhythm when viewed from below or from a gallery landing above. The Coral is designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 3.5m or above. In double-height entrance halls or stairwells with ceilings of 4.5-6m, the chandelier can be suspended on a longer chain to position it within the upper third of the void, ensuring it remains visible from both ground floor and gallery levels.

What bulbs does it take?

The Coral takes thirteen E14 small Edison screw bulbs up to 40W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most installations use 4-6W warm-white LED candle bulbs at 2700K across all thirteen positions to balance light output with running costs.

How much does the chandelier weigh?

The fitting weighs 22.5kg before bulbs are added. Professional installation is required, and the ceiling rose or joist fixing must be rated to carry at least 30kg to provide a safe margin once the chandelier, chain and bulbs are installed.

Can the drop height be adjusted?

Yes. The chandelier is supplied with chain that can be shortened or extended during installation to suit the ceiling height and position the fitting at the desired level within the room.
