Description

This surface mounting frame, coded ADTR-H 6060 SR, is a steel surround that lets a recessed 600x600 LED panel be fitted to a solid ceiling where there is no suspended grid to drop it into. Measuring 600 × 600 × 65 mm in a silver finish, it holds the panel proud of the ceiling surface and gives a tidy edge around the fitting.

Made from steel for a rigid hold, the frame suits offices, kitchens, utility areas and any room where a flush grid cut-out is not available. It carries the panel only and adds no wiring of its own. We also stock the 600x600 LED panels and recessed downlights this frame is designed to mount.

Why would I use a surface frame instead of recessing the panel?

A recessed panel needs a suspended grid or a cut-out to sit into. This frame lets you mount the same panel onto a flat plasterboard or concrete ceiling where no grid is present.
