The Quasar 5 light ceiling light is part of our Quasar range, finished in aged brass. It is an open fitting with five arms holding G9 lamps, its warm brass tone giving it a settled, lived-in look. There is no glass or shade with this piece, so the lamps sit exposed, letting the shape of the frame and the finish do the work.

The fitting measures 570mm in diameter and stands 340mm in height, so it suits a good area of ceiling and a room with a little height. It takes 5 x G9 lamps, each up to 5W, for a maximum fitting wattage of 25W and an output of 1250 lumens. Lamps are not supplied, so you will need to order these separately. The light is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and lamps, letting you set the level to suit the time of day. It carries an IP20 rating and is Class 1, so it is made for interior use in dry rooms. The fitting weighs 2.60kg.

This ceiling light works well in a hallway, dining room, living room or bedroom where you want a central point of light with a warm metal finish. As a Class 1 fitting it needs an earth connection, so we would suggest having it installed by a qualified electrician.
