Description

The Marlow wall light is a half wall lantern finished in warm bronze. Part of our Marlow range, it takes a lantern shape and mounts flush against the wall, casting light from an open, half-round frame. The bronze finish gives it a settled, traditional look that sits happily in more classic interiors as well as country-style rooms. It is a solid fitting with real presence, weighing 3.70kg, and it works as much for its form as for the light it gives.

The fitting measures 260mm high and 220mm wide, with a projection of 150mm from the wall, so it stays close and does not intrude on a hallway or landing. It holds two E14 lamps with a maximum of 10W each, giving a maximum fitting wattage of 20W and up to 940 lumens at a warm 2700K colour temperature. The light is dimmable, so you can set the level to suit the room. It is rated IP20 and is for interior use only, and it is a Class 1 fitting requiring an earth connection. Lamps are not supplied, so you will need to order two E14 bulbs separately.

This wall light suits hallways, stairways, living rooms and bedrooms where you want a warm, traditional glow at eye level. Fit a pair either side of a mirror or bed, or space several along a landing for even light. As with everything we sell, it comes ready to wire in, and we recommend a qualified electrician for installation given the Class 1 earth requirement.
