The Exto Outdoor Wall Light comes in a textured antique copper finish, giving the metal a warm tone and a surface with real depth. It is a compact fitting from our Exto range, designed to sit against an exterior wall and cast its light downwards. The form is simple and solid, so it settles easily against brick, render or timber without pulling attention from the building itself.

The fitting measures 130mm high and 145mm wide, with a projection of 190mm from the wall. It takes 1 x GU10 lamp with a maximum of 10W, giving up to 575 lumens, and the lamp is not supplied, so you can choose the colour temperature that suits you. It is dimmable, rated IP44 for outdoor use, and built to Class 1, which means it requires an earth connection. The whole unit weighs 0.75kg, so it fits to most solid walls without difficulty.

The downward throw makes this a practical choice for a front door, a porch, a back wall or a path edge where you want a pool of light close to the ground rather than a wide spread. Two either side of a doorway give a balanced look, or a run along a wall marks a route after dark. We recommend fitting by a qualified electrician given the outdoor rating and earthed class.
