Description

The Baton is a slim wall light with a chrome finish and an opal acrylic diffuser. The long, straight form gives an even band of light, and the diffuser softens the output for a gentle, glare-free glow. Part of our Baton range, this fitting can be mounted horizontally or vertically to suit the wall you have in mind, so it works either as a linear accent above a mirror or as an upright line beside a door.

This is the 685mm version, measuring 50mm wide with a 90mm projection from the wall. It uses a single integrated LED with a maximum output of 17W, giving 1850 lumens at a warm 3000K colour temperature. The LED lamp is supplied, so there is nothing further to buy to get it working. It is dimmable using a trailing edge dimmer, which is bought separately, and it is a Class 2 fitting rated IP44. That rating means it is suitable for every bathroom zone except zone 0, as well as sheltered outdoor use. It weighs 1.20kg.

The Baton suits bathrooms, hallways, stairwells and porches, wherever you want a clean line of light rather than a broad spread. Its moisture resistance makes it a sensible choice near a basin or shower, and its exterior rating covers covered entrances and passageways.
