Description
The Atrium is a mirrored console table built from transparent mirror panels across the top surface, four vertical leg panels, and a lower shelf. Each panel is bevelled at the edges and joined at 90-degree angles to form a rectangular frame measuring 80cm wide, 30cm deep and 85cm high.
Designed for hallways, entrance areas and behind sofas where depth is limited to 30cm, the Atrium provides a surface for lamps, keys, and decorative objects while reflecting available light back into the room. The transparent mirror finish shows the wall behind through the glass, so the table reads as less solid mass than an opaque console. The lower shelf holds baskets, books or storage boxes and sits approximately 20cm above floor level.
All exposed edges carry a polished bevel that softens the corners and reduces visual weight. The mirrored surfaces show fingerprints and dust readily, so the table suits low-traffic areas or homes where regular cleaning is practical. The 80cm width accommodates a table lamp and a decorative tray or small vase without overcrowding, while the 30cm depth keeps the footprint narrow enough for typical 90-120cm-wide hallways.

Frequently Asked
What weight can the top surface hold?
Mirrored console tables typically support 10-15kg distributed evenly across the top surface. Avoid placing heavy single-point loads at the edges or corners, as mirror panels are more fragile than solid wood or metal frames.
How is the mirror cleaned?
Use a soft microfibre cloth with glass cleaner or a diluted vinegar solution. Spray onto the cloth rather than directly onto the mirror to avoid liquid pooling in the bevelled edge joints. Wipe in straight lines rather than circles to reduce streaking.
Does the table need to be assembled?
Most mirrored console tables arrive flat-packed and require assembly of the leg panels, top surface and lower shelf. Check the packaging on delivery for assembly instructions and the fixings kit.
Can it be placed against a radiator?
Avoid positioning mirrored furniture directly against radiators or in areas with high heat variation, as the adhesive bonding the mirror to the backing board can degrade over time with repeated thermal expansion.
