The Acoste wall light brings together a brushed brass bracket and a clear ribbed glass shade for a warm, well-made look. The glass is fully enclosed with a slightly inverted base, so light spreads gently through the ribbed surface. The brass finish has a soft, low sheen rather than a high polish, which sits comfortably against both painted walls and papered ones. It is part of our Acoste range, and the glass shade is included in the price.

This is a single-lamp fitting that takes 1 x E14 lamp, which is not supplied, so you can choose the bulb and colour temperature that suits your room. Maximum wattage is 10W per lamp, giving around 470 lumens, and the light is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and lamp. It measures 320mm in height, 180mm wide, with a projection of 250mm from the wall and a maximum height of 470mm. The fitting is Class 1, rated IP20 for interior use, and weighs 1.25kg.

The Acoste works well beside a bed, along a hallway, or in pairs either side of a mirror or fireplace. As an IP20 fitting it is intended for dry interior spaces rather than bathrooms. Because it dims, it suits rooms where you want to soften the light in the evening as well as brighten things for everyday tasks. You buy it from us ready to wire in, with the glass shade included.
