Description

The Virunga downlight is a recessed LED fitting with an integrated 6W light source giving 900 lumens. Its colour-selectable output moves between 2300K, 3000K and neutral white 4000K, so the light can be warmed up or cooled down to suit the moment, with an Ra 80 rendering for natural-looking tones. The compact round trim in matt white sits discreetly into the ceiling for uniform, glare-free light.

With an IP44 rating, it copes with splashing water from any direction, which makes it a sensible choice for a modern bathroom as well as hallways, kitchens and covered spaces where a clean recessed look is wanted.

The body is built from plastic in a matt white finish and measures Ø 11cm with a height of 8.5cm. At just 0.2kg it is easy to handle during installation, recessing into the ceiling void with the LED already integrated so there is no bulb to fit or replace.
