Description

The Slim is a 25cm diameter round LED pendant light with a shallow-profile white metal housing and a frosted white acrylic diffuser. An integrated 16W LED module inside the housing delivers 1400 lumens of 3000K warm white light through the frosted diffuser, creating an even 140° beam that washes ceilings and walls without harsh shadows or visible LED points.

Designed for modern kitchens, dining rooms, hallways and low-ceiling spaces where a traditional pendant would hang too low, the Slim's shallow 150mm minimum drop allows it to sit close to the ceiling while still providing functional downlight. The 1500mm maximum drop gives flexibility to lower it over a breakfast bar or dining table where ceiling height permits. The white finish blends into white or neutral ceilings, making the fitting visually recede when not lit.

The frosted acrylic diffuser hides the LED array completely when viewed from below, presenting a uniform circle of warm white light rather than visible diodes. The 1400 lumen output is comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, making a single Slim suitable for lighting a 3-4m² dining area or hallway section. The fitting weighs 0.59kg and mounts to a standard UK ceiling rose via the cable and ceiling plate. The LED is non-dimmable and runs on 220-240V mains.

No. The integrated 16W LED is not compatible with dimmer switches. The fitting operates at full brightness when powered on.

What ceiling height does it suit?

The 150mm minimum drop makes the Slim ideal for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.2-2.4m where a longer pendant would hang too low. The drop can be extended to 1500mm for higher ceilings or to position the light lower over a table.

How bright is 1400 lumens?
