Description

The Sabina is a single-light wall fitting with a metal framework finished in an imitation wood coating, formed to look like gathered branches bound together with wrapped cable detail. A tapered brown linen-effect shade sits on top of the branch structure, and the entire fitting mounts on a flat circular wood-effect backplate. The single E27 socket sits inside the shade, and the bulb is sold separately.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and hallways where organic or rustic-inspired interiors are preferred, the Sabina provides ambient rather than task lighting. The linen shade diffuses the light from the bulb, directing most of it upward and outward rather than downward onto a reading position. The 240mm projection from the wall and 650mm vertical height suit walls beside sofas, flanking beds as reading lights paired with wall-mounted dimmer switches, or as accent lighting in entrance halls.

The imitation wood finish on the metal frame matches medium oak or light walnut tones and pairs with neutral painted walls, exposed brick, tongue-and-groove panelling and warm wood furniture. The linen shade is a natural brown, close to hessian or burlap in appearance, with a visible weave texture. At 1kg the fitting is lightweight and mounts to standard plasterboard walls with cavity fixings or directly to masonry with screws and plugs.

The E27 socket accepts any standard Edison-screw bulb up to the fixture's maximum wattage.
